Joel Whiting, PA-C

Joel Whiting is a native of Idaho Falls attending both Ricks College and Brigham Young University. As a sports medicine undergraduate he enjoyed working with student athletes at the collegiate and high school levels. Gaining experience treating the whole individual, from teaching fitness and injury prevention to assessing acute musculoskeletal injuries on the sporting field.

Joel attended Physician Assistant School in Buffalo, New York. Working initially with a large orthopedic group in Massachusetts, he since has gained over 15 years of experience with acute injury treatment and direct patient care. He is a firm believer in ones ability to heal through education, surgical, and non-surgical treatments.

Returning to South East Idaho has allowed Joel to enjoy the outdoors of Island Park and Yellowstone. He enjoys fishing, hiking, golfing and especially attending his three kids’ sporting activities with his wife.
