What happens at my first knee appointment?
We’ll review your history, perform a focused exam, and—if needed—order imaging. You’ll leave with a clear plan that may include activity modifications, bracing, therapy, medications, or further testing.
Do you try non-surgical options before surgery?
Yes. Most knee issues improve with conservative care such as targeted physical therapy, structured return-to-sport progressions, bracing, and anti-inflammatory strategies. If symptoms persist or instability/mechanical problems remain, we’ll discuss minimally invasive procedures.
How long until I’m back to work or sports?
